How do I find a hotel?
You can search for a hotel by country or by keyword.

Are the rates on your site per room per night or per person per night?
All the rates quoted on our site are per room for the duration of the whole stay requested.

Are flights included in the price?
No. The prices do not includes flights. They cover the hotel only for the duration of your stay plus taxes and service charges.

How do I get from the hotel to the airport?
Some hotels include a complimentary transfer from the airport to the hotel.
If airport transfer is not included you will have to make your own arrangements, you can do that by clicking on the link of A2Btransfers.com

How do I make a reservation?
Find your hotel in the hotellist, read the description and click the button ‘check availability’, choose the roomtype and click ‘book now’.  Choose the number of rooms and click ‘proceed’.
Fill out the complete form and click on the button proceed, your reservation has been made.
Within a few seconds you will receive an e-mail with your reservationsnumber.

When do I pay?
Payment will be done directly to the hotel when checking out.

How do I cancel my reservation?
In your confirmation e-mail you will find the hotels cancellation policy.
Click on the link in your e-mail and you can cancel directly online.

How much will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?
This depends how many days prior to arrival you cancel. If you cancel with a view to travel within 48 hours often there is no cancellation charge, but this does depend on the hotels final confirmation. You will find the hotels cancellation policy on the hotelpage and in your confirmation e-mail.

Can I change my reservation?
You can change your reservation by using the link in your confirmation e-mail.
Click on the link and you can change your reservation online.

Do children receive discounts?
The policy regarding child reductions varies from hotel to hotel.

Can we also book a flight or a rentalcar online?
Yes you can book flights,, rentalcars and transferservice online.
