Find your hotel in the hotellist, read the description and click on the hotelwebsite. You can make an online reservation on the hotelwebsite or you can send them an e-mail.
When do I pay?
Payment will be done directly to the hotel when you check out.
How do I cancel my reservation?
In your confirmation e-mail from the hotel you will find the hotels cancellation policy.
How much will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?
This depends how many days prior to arrival you cancel. If you cancel with a view to travel within 48 hours often there is no cancellation charge, but this does depend on the hotels final confirmation. You will find the hotels cancellation policy on the hotelpage and in your confirmation e-mail.
Can I change my reservation?

Do children receive discounts?

Can we also book a flight or a rental car online?
No, you cannot. We suggest that you book your tickets on the homepage of the airline.

This depends largely on the individual hotels. Since our hotels are small, family-run and in different time zones, there may not be an instant response to your request.

Yes, you are welcome to email or telephone us at any time if there is a technical or procedural problem with your booking. Our contact details are given when you make an enquiry. However, please bear in mind that queries about the hotel are best addressed directly to the place in question, and not to us.
Q. Will I receive written confirmation of my reservation?
Yes, you will be provided with an online summary of your booking details by the hotel.
Q. Can you arrange flights, transfers, car hire, insurance, etc. for me?
We do not arrange or reserve any travel (air, land or sea) to any destination or particular accommodation. You will have to make all travel arrangements directly. However, we do provide recommendations and links to suppliers who we believe offer the best value for money. Many hotels can arrange transfer from airports or train stations; please check the information on the hotel website.

No, anyone can browse through our website. You need only register when you want to receive our newsletter.

You will be required to give your credit card details after you have chosen to go ahead with the reservation.

Your credit card details are kept only by the hotel. All credit card details are in most cases transmitted in encrypted form using 128 bit SSL encryption technology.

This depends largely on the hotel you are booking.
Q. If I need to cancel my booking, do I have to pay a cancellation fee/forfeit my deposit?
If you decide to cancel your reservation, you should notify the hotel as soon as possible. Don't forget to read their response, as this will inform you of any cancellation charges/refunds due.
The earlier you give notice, the less you will be charged. We strongly advise that you take out personal travel insurance at the time of booking, as depending on the reason for your cancellation, you may be covered by your insurance policy.
